Water Intake: If you want to remain healthy, you should drink adequate amount of water every day. We all know how important water is for our body. Despite this we neglect to drink water. Water removes dirt from the body and keeps it healthy. Forgetting to drink water throughout the day due to work or any other reason can be detrimental to your health. 1. Carry a water bottle with you
Whenever you go out of the house, keep a water bottle with you. Many times we become so busy with the day’s work that we don’t even think of drinking water. In such a situation, having a bottle will keep water with you all the time and you will feel like drinking water even if you don’t want to.
2. Set alarm in phone
If you forget to drink water due to work, then set an alarm on your phone to remind you. There are many such apps which can help you in this work. Due to this you may definitely get a little irritated but keep drinking water at the right time and will be able to keep yourself healthy.
3. Flavored Water
If you are bored of drinking water then you can add something to it. To increase the amount of water, you can drink infused water from some fruits and vegetables. They taste good and also improve health. The combination of lemon-mint or cucumber-basil can also help in increasing water intake.
4. Adopt some habits
Make a habit of drinking 1 glass of water every morning after waking up. Whenever you eat food during the day, drink at least a glass of water half an hour before it. This will gradually become your habit and water will start reaching your body in sufficient quantity.
5. Eat watery things
If the body needs water as per requirement then you can get it indirectly also. Consume such things which are rich in water. Like orange, cucumber, strawberry or watermelon. Eating these will help in keeping the body hydrated and it will also get many nutrients including fiber.
